    You will be a passionate, driven and hard-working talent agent who will help manage the team and work with our fantastic roster. You must have a huge passion for influencers and influencer management, have experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this is your dream job!

    The Role

    This role will manage a diverse list of talent (including tentpole creators) and necessitates the ability to build strong relationships with your talent, acting as a trusted advisor to help them to achieve the best possible outcomes through your own work and the work of the team around you.

    You will be involved in developing DDA’s share of business across the Creator division ensuring every step of the way that both the talent and the business are reaching their potential via strategic thinking, collaborative work processes and the highest operational work ethics.

    Client Relationships

    • Lead on a number of talent accounts (with at least 3 tentpole creators), making sure all operational and day to day aspects of their working lives run smoothly with campaigns run to the highest standards

    • Act as main point of contact for the talent across all paid deals, strategy, goals and beyond

    • Maintaining and develop relationships with agencies and brands direct, fostering this network across talent and key industry contacts.

    • Attend relevant industry events to grow your network for the talent and DDA

    • Attend and lead on shoots

    • Initial point of contact for trouble-shooting and dealing with larger problems before passing to Director of Creators when necessary

    • Leading on communicating around the Creators’ goals, their monthly catch-ups and three monthly strategy check-ins

    • Consistently looking for new ways to meet and exceed talent’s needs

    Strategy and Commercial Awareness

    • Leading on quarterly strategy updates to bring longer-term goals and best practice advice to fruition in partnership with the Strategy Director and Director of department as necessary

    • Roll-out regular annual, proactive and reactive strategy including troubleshooting

    • On hand for exciting, innovative and on brand content ideas for influencers

    • Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience and users and understand how to share those learnings both internally and with your talent

    • Leading and playing an active creative role in brainstorms on new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns

    • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers and how these can accelerate the growth of DDA and their talent

    • Strategically and proactively think around how to generate longer-term business and ancillary income for your Creators

    • Utilise experience and industry knowledge to help fire-proof accounts, foresee problems and come armed with solutions to help maintain commercial and credible careers for your talent

     Delivery

    • Assist with management and successful delivery of creator expectations

    • Oversee junior members of the team with strategic outreach

    • Teach strategic outreach for your Creators based on organic posting and strong positioning to juniors on the team

    • Confidently and expertly leading on all major calls and meetings for the creator and brands

    • Lead on shoots/key talent activations

    • Acts upon client feedback throughout all delivery

    • Providing the best possible work for your line manager at all times

    • Oversee strategy around gifting and events and how to maximise those opportunities

    • Maintain all talent admin systems

    KPIs Include

    • Strategic management of clients on your list in close collaboration managing up and down internally across SD, division Director and other senior experts

    • Talent recruitment – identifying and helping to sign key talent who have long term potential and drive revenue

    • Talent retention – ensuring current talent are receiving the best service and their careers are developing consistently

    • Leveraging all connections across the industry, sharing updates and strategy around this with senior internal stakeholders

    • Negotiating large scale and complex deals

    People

    • Managing the executives/assistants on your accounts in terms of workload, tasks and the roster

    • Be approachable and professional at all times and positively contribute to the team environment and company culture

     Skills & Experience

    • Previous experience in an influencer management role or from the world of TV/Media/Entertainment/Brands in a talent facing role

    • Previous experience line managing

    • Extensive knowledge of social media influencers and content creators

    • Being able to adapt and flex your working style

    • Highly organised, good under pressure and a strong multi-tasker

    • Ability to work to tight timelines, often outside of regular working hours

    • Understanding of how online platforms and social media can reach and develop audiences, participants and press engagement

    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    • Proactive & intuitive

    • Creative mind-set

    • Proficient with Google Drive

    • Great sales and negotiation skills are a huge plus

    • 3+ years industry experience

  • About You

    Our talent management team is looking for an enthusiastic, driven and hard-working Talent Executive to join DDA Creators. You must have a huge passion for influencers and influencer management, be able to demonstrate this is your dream role and have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role or 2 year’s in a more junior position.

    As a Senior Talent Executive, you will be supporting more senior team members and stakeholders, working hard to building and maintaining the careers of our talent.

    The Role

    This role is about delivering exceptional client care and systems administration in order to maximise success for clients, provide best possible service to brand and agency partners, support the development of the Manager’s list and the whole division as well as build sustained loyalty to DDA.

    You will be working with a variety of talent across various verticals.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintain existing relationships with brands and agencies

    • Forge new relationship with brands and agencies

    • Maintain deep relationships with talent on the roster

    • Work with and assist the Talent Managers and senior staff members on their day to day duties

    • Assist the Talent Managers and senior staff members by acting as the point person between talent and the end client for campaigns

    • Attend shoots and accompany talent to events when required

    • Attend relevant industry events with more senior team members to deepen your network

    • Join external meetings with the Talent Managers and senior staff members

    • Collaborate with other Execs / Team Assistant on daily operations

    • Work with the Talent Managers and senior staff members to pitch talent for brand partnerships and opportunities

    • Assist in securing opportunities for existing talent across the roster

    • Assist in the management and nurturing of the existing talent roster

    • Assist in the day to day running of campaigns and diary management for the existing talent roster

    • Assist the Talent Managers and senior staff members in implementation and successful delivery of all planned strategy points for the talent

    • Develop an awareness of trend based, exciting, innovative and on brand content ideas for talent

    • Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and talent

    • Organise and book complex travel arrangements and plans for the existing talent roster

    • Diary management for Talent, Talent Managers and senior staff members as required

    • Researching potential new talent

    • Develop a deep understanding of the Talent Manager’s clients along with a good knowledge of past, present and future projects and objectives

    • Develop a solid knowledge of talent across the wider roster

    • Taking notes in meetings as instructed

    • Prepare copy to ensure website maintenance is kept up-to

    • Liaising with publicists, bookers and coordinators as necessary
